VOCs are gases that are emitted from certain household cleaning, home improvement and common home decor products. These gases can be harmful or irritating if inhaled. Using this home renovation filter along with a pre-filter and HEPA filter can help reduce construction related VOCs up to 4.5x faster.^1.

These home renovation filters are designed to help reduce the most common household odors and VOCs, so you can customize your filtration experience based on your personal needs. Choose from four (4) different odor-fighting options, including: Pet, Smoke, Kitchen and Home Renovation.

This home renovation filter is designed to fit in between the HEPA filter and Pre-Filter in the following Honeywell Air Purifiers: HPA075B, HPA175B, HPA080B and HPA180B units.

When you change the specialty filter, the “Check Filter” or “Check Pre-Filter” light will remain on until it is reset. While the air purifier is on, press the lit button and hold it for approximately two seconds. This will turn the filter light off.
